Consciousness is ultimate: Every single person can become more conscious. When many people become more conscious, something fundamental, something entirely new happens. A phase shift—a kind of wonder of evolution—similar to the emergence of life from inanimate matter: a networking of thoughts and consciousness takes place that we will use to shape reality together and create a world we can hardly imagine today. When people become more conscious, the friction between them decreases. Ego-driven conflicts diminish. Collective intelligence and possibilities for cooperation emerge that were previously unimaginable.

Since written records began, there has been talk of the possibility of humanity’s fundamental evolution. Now is the time.

Becoming conscious is not a private hobby, but the main task of evolution: Behind this task lies the urge of an unstoppable force – the urge of the cosmos to ensure that its destiny is fulfilled. For us, this means: you cannot argue with the cosmos, it cannot be bribed, and it makes no deals. We must get up there, to this new level of consciousness, to this new self-awareness. We could resist and fight it a little longer, but circumstances will lead us today or force us upwards tomorrow: to this new plateau of humanity. – If we walk together today, less gets broken.
